Our self-defense courses are for everyone! 

​You deserve to live safe, protected, and violence-free. 

Participate in our self-defense courses and empower yourself to not only protect yourself, your family, and individuals in your community. Participants learn skills and are able to immediately incorporate new techniques into their safety practices.

Our approaches covers important safety topics, priority safety issues, individual safety concerns, coping mechanisms, and self-defense techniques. Participants get involved by Interactive simulations, providing feedback during group discussion, utilizing their voices to address fears, and identifying, triggers, or healing barriers correlated with the self-defense courses.

The self-defense class's purpose is to encourage and mobilize the empowerment of the survivor. Providing clients with defense techniques and tools that support physical, emotional & mental well being. Our self-defense courses are designed with trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, an empowerment approach, and mindfulness-based perspectives, that not only provides the opportunity for personal protection, but can assist in preventing future attacks, and also helps to heal from previous trauma.
